Event Setup & Warehouse Crew Member (Seasonal) We Bring The Party Rentals, LLC - Lancaster, NY About Us We Bring The Party Rentals is a fast-growing party & event rental company serving Western New York. We deliver and set up tents, tables, chairs, and party equipment for everything from backyard parties to large-scale events. This is a hands-on, active job. You'll be part of a team that helps create memorable events for our customers. Pay & Schedule $18-$22 per hour Overtime may be available during peak season Weekend and some evening availability may be required Seasonal role (peak May-October) with flexible start/end dates for students and summer availability What You'll Do Assist drivers with deliveries to customer locations Load and unload rental equipment at the warehouse Help deliver, set up, and break down tents, tables & chairs, inflatables, and other party equipment Support accurate and on-time deliveries Interact with customers in a professional, friendly manner when on-site Work as part of a crew to complete deliveries efficiently Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate delivery times, setup requirements, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events Assist with warehouse duties including loading/unloading trucks, cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of rental equipment for upcoming events What This Job Is Like Active, physical work (lifting, carrying, setting up equipment) using tools and equipment provided Fast-paced days A mix of field work (deliveries/setups) and warehouse responsibilities Working outdoors in various weather conditions ✅ Requirements At least 18 years of age Ability to lift 50-70 lbs regularly Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working outdoors Ability to follow directions and work efficiently ⭐ Bonus (Not Required, But a Plus) Experience with tents, construction, or event setup Experience working in a warehouse or labor environment Mechanical or hands-on skills Growth Opportunities Opportunity to grow into a Delivery Driver or Crew Lead role Increased pay with experience and performance Why Work With Us Not stuck in one place all day.
