About the Opportunity Our client is a rapidly growing value-added distributor and service organization seeking a motivated and dependable WarehouseLogistics Associate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service. The WarehouseLogistics Associate is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations and logistics. This role ensures the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of inventory, while coordinating with carriers and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately and efficiently Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Manage the movement of customer-owned assets in and out of the facility Coordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, local couriers, and LTL providers Ensure timely and cost-effective shipping solutions Maintain accurate inventory records across company facilities Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding shipping and receiving matters Uphold a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Represent Empire Scale Corp. professionally in all interactions QualificationsSkills High school diploma or GED required Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience Familiarity with shipping a variety of products, including hazardous materials (hazmat) is strongly preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proven organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to safely lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable using computers and warehouse-related software systems Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience operating a motorized forklift is preferred Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Our client offers comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan with company match, nine (9) paid holidays annually, generous PTO, paid volunteer time, and the opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization.
