Pay:

$20/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential for 3rd shift

Schedule:

1st shift : Monday

• Friday, 7:00am
• 4:00pm; or 3rd shift: Monday
• Friday, 9:00pm
• 7:00am Sapphire Recruitment is seeking dependable and safety-minded Warehouse
• Forklift Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company.

This role involves performing a variety of warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, loading, palletizing, and operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse. Third shift position also requires loading the trailer. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Maintain a clean and organized work area; adhere to all safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of warehouse and forklift experience preferred. Must meet forklift operation requirements (training provided). Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions.

Additional Details:

Temporary-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time employment after a 90-day probationary period. Pay increases possible based on performance, attendance, and safety record.
