Job Description Position Purpose:

Responsible for moving material to maintain process flow

Hourly or Salary Range:

$18.25 - $21.35

Essential Functions:

Maintain Environmental, Health and Safety standards in the workplace Moves material in and out of the department Places material at stations Stacks material neatly in inventory Loads steel into Un-coilers Empties scrap hoppers Removes wrapped skids from the line and puts away into inventory Replaces shrink wrap rolls on wrapper Places labels on wrapped skids Other job duties may be assigned

Education and Training:

High School Diploma or GED Forklift operation experience helpful

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to read and write Good communication skills Must be able to work independently and also work well with others

Physical Demands:

Must be able to sit continuously for 8-12 hours Must be able to continuously move on and off the forklift Specific vision abilities are required including close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception Must be able to lift 20 pounds repetitively Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally Ability to twist, bend and lift repetitively Good hand/eye coordination and good motor skills Ability to work outdoors for an extended period in extreme weather conditions Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations

Environmental Conditions:
