Overnight Order Selector -
Warehouse Associate Location:
Near New Paltz, NY Shift:
Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM (or until job completion)
Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced Order Selector for an established distribution warehouse near New Paltz, NY . This overnight position is ideal for individuals with prior warehouse or order picking experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment. Order Selector Responsibilities:
Select and build accurate, mixed pallet orders for retail deliveries using voice-pick technology Load and unload trucks safely using a pallet jack or forklift Stock and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation Maintain a clean and organized warehouse (sweeping, mopping, removing debris, stacking pallets) Investigate and resolve shortages or picking discrepancies Follow all safety protocols and complete other general warehouse duties as needed
Order Selector Qualifications:
1-2 years of warehouse experience (order picking or distribution center work preferred) Comfortable working overnight shifts and available for overtime as needed Forklift certification is preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently High school diploma or equivalent required Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Why Work With Us?
