Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily operations by performing a variety of physical tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently. Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary tools and materials Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out basic tasks as directed, such as digging, lifting, or moving items Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance Help with site cleanup and disposal of debris to maintain a tidy workspace Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment Prior experience in general labor or construction is a plus but not required Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred Join us if you're ready to contribute your energy and enthusiasm to exciting projects!
