Job Summary We are a Wholesale Florist In Niagara Falls, NY, currently servicing retail florists in a 150 mile radius. We are looking for drivers who are able to work part time hours and able to handle our fluctuating schedule. we are a dynamic industry and the days and hours required to work can change day to day and week to week. Windows PC experience is a must, you don't need to be an expert but must at least have some basic understanding of emailing and web usage. Must be punctual for all shifts since we're dealing with perishables and everything is time sensitive. Enhanced NY License or Valid Passport is required as you may be tasked with picking up product we order from Southern Ontario. Must be able to drive overnight for extended periods. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver products to customers and clients across designated routes Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques while adhering to safety protocols Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules and maintain excellent customer service standards Assist in warehouse activities such as moving inventory, organizing stock, and preparing shipments for dispatch Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly Verify delivery details and ensure accurate documentation of all shipments Support warehouse team members in heavy lifting tasks and maintaining a clean, organized work environment Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with route driving expertise Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions during deliveries Warehouse experience including loading/unloading, moving inventory Physical stamina for heavy lifting, moving items, and extended periods of driving or standing Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and basic vehicle maintenance procedures This role offers an exciting blend of driving adventure and warehouse activity—perfect for energetic individuals eager to make an impact through reliable service and efficient operations.
