General Laborer

Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join a growing industrial manufacturing team. This role involves supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced facility that specializes in protective metal finishing services. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on environment and assisting with various tasks throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading metal materials onto racks, equipment, and production lines. Support the production team by preparing materials and maintaining workflow throughout the facility. Inspect materials and finished products for basic quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines. Operate basic hand tools and assist with general equipment as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift. Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or labor experience is a plus but not required. The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $16-17 per hour, though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
