General Laborer

In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, maintenance, and logistical projects. Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing tools and materials Support skilled tradespeople by holding, lifting, or fetching tools and materials as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and productivity Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately Operate basic equipment such as Gator UTV, log splitter, power washer, brush hog & hand tools after proper training Collaborate with others on site to meet project deadlines and quality standards Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling frequently Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-moving setting Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role Join us today if you're ready to roll up your sleeves, build your skills, and be a part of truly artistic estate renovation.
