Nesco Resource is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a growing manufacturing and distribution team in Henrietta, NY. This position will primarily support the shipping department through packing and preparing parts for shipment while also receiving cross-training in shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with material handling equipment and physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack and prepare parts accurately for shipment Verify products and packaging prior to shipping Assist with general warehouse and shipping department operations Receive cross-training in shipping and receiving functions Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse Maintain accurate inventory and shipment documentation Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols Support additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in

English Physical Requirements:

Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs. Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout shift Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling tools Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment

Visual & Hearing Requirements:

Ability to read labels, shipping documents, and work instructions Ability to recognize warehouse alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal directions
