Job Summary:

We are a local business located on the north side of Saratoga lake and are looking for boat rental instructors / dock hands. ( training provided, but you must get a boating safety certificate online prior to starting ) ✅

Requirements:

Smart Phone Required to use Reservation Calendar App Previous experience with boats is recommended but not required. NYS Boating Safety Certificate

• Online 1 day courses available.

Schedule Requirements & Information:

Work begins on May 18th, 2026. Weekends & Holidays (4th of July & Labor Day) are busy and required. Expect to work up to 5 days/week in July, August & Early September. Unless bad weather causes rental cancelations or closures. Expect around 3-4 days a week in June, mostly weekends. Work days can begin at 8am and sometimes end at 8pm, however we try to split schedules for 8hrs if you want shorter shifts. ✅

Job Description:

This job consists of reviewing the condition of boats after rentals, fueling, cleaning rental boats when they return and providing instruction to customers on how to use the boat as well as greeting customers. Salvi Aquatic is a fun workplace. There is some downtime in between rentals when all boats are out on rentals. We have an Air Conditioned office, wifi available and a great team. Once you apply, if you sound like a fit, expect an interview within a few days!
