Pay Range:
$29.00 per hour Position Summary Utility Partners of America (UPA) is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Truck & Trailer Driver / Warehouse Associate to support transportation and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to various locations. When not performing driving duties, the employee will assist with warehouse operations, inventory management, equipment organization, and general facility support. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent safety awareness, and the flexibility to support both driving and warehouse functions as business needs require. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Driving Responsibilities Safely operate company trucks and trailers to transport materials, tools, and equipment. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns. Ensure all loads are properly secured and transported in compliance with DOT and company requirements. Maintain accurate vehicle logs, inspection records, and delivery documentation. Deliver and pick up materials from job sites, vendors, and company facilities. Follow all federal, state, and local traffic laws and safety regulations. Warehouse Responsibilities Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and materials. Assist with inventory counts and material tracking. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. Prepare materials and equipment for field crews and operational needs. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as authorized. Assist with general warehouse and yard maintenance duties. Support other operational and logistics functions as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license required. CDL Class B preferred. Clean driving record required. Must consent to a drug test, background check and motor vehicle records check Previous experience operating trucks and trailers preferred. Warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred. Ability to safely load, unload, and secure materials and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer and mobile device proficiency preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to safely operate vehicles, trailers, forklifts, and warehouse equipment.
