Role:

Join Fingerlakes Farms LLC as a Warehouse Operations Team Member and be part of a dynamic team in the heart of Seneca Falls, NY. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about food and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse logistics.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments efficiently. Pick and pack orders accurately for timely delivery. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and updates. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment. Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Report any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Basic computer skills for inventory management. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
