Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lumber Yard

• Trim Shop Associate, where you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our lumber yard and trim shop.

This position offers an energetic environment focused on precision, safety, and quality. You will be responsible for handling materials, and ensuring the accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Duties Operate equipment such as forklifts. Manage warehouse inventory level and process shipments accurately Perform order picking, packing, and fulfillment tasks to prepare products for pick up Conduct quality control checks on materials to ensure they meet company standards and specifications Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying inbound/outbound shipments and maintaining proper documentation Stock shelves and organize materials within the warehouse to optimize space utilization and accessibility Support warehouse distribution processes by loading trucks, unloading deliveries, and ensuring timely order fulfillment Qualifications Prefered experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts Prior experience in Lumber Yard/ Steel Trim preferred but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and order accuracy Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a productive workspace where your skills in materials handling, equipment operation, and warehouse management will make a real impact.
