WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN
Gear Motions- Auto Gear Division, seeks to fill a full time Warehouse Technician position on 1st shift (Monday
- Friday 8:30am
- 5:00pm).
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform and or oversee a variety of semi-routine duties to ship, receive, and maintain records for various materials, supplies, and finished parts. Work under general supervision.
- Coordinate shipment activities to meet customer requirements, coordinates incoming material to support manufacturing plant.
- Prepare and ship all products according to established procedures for packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, and visual inspection including accurate completion of all appropriate paperwork in a timely manner.
- Work with supervision and other departments to identify and implement continous improvement opportunities.
- Receive incoming materials; identify and route materials and parts as appropriate in a timely manner.
- Maintain up to date records accurately. Completely appropriate paperwork to support department
- Prepare parts for assembly by pulling and kitting components, super-finishing and sub-assemblies. The position has full responsibility for the vibratory deburr area. Run other equipment as directed. Gear Motions
