Warehouse Associate Full-time | In-Person | Yonkers / Greater NYC Area About the Role The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, delivery, and fulfillment of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to customers, job sites, and contractors throughout the service area. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring timely order processing. What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments of HVAC equipment and parts
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Sales and purchasing staff to support order fulfillment
- Verify deliveries against invoices and obtain customer signatures as needed
- Handle goods with care to prevent damage during transport Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid New York State driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred, HVAC industry a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and assist with unloading at delivery sites
- Basic computer and inventory system skills
- Prefer Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Familiarity with Yonkers, NYC, and surrounding areas
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work early morning start times
