Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Warehouse and maintenance support role will be responsible for supporting the warehouse lead and maintenance teams daily and will operate out of both the Home Avenue and Akron Peninsula Locations. This role will be responsible for the intake of all deliveries and will be accountable for ensuring quality of all goods received. This person will be responsible for the completion of supporting the maintenance team with cleanliness of facility and complete tasks as requested by Warehouse Lead and Maintenance team leaders. Job functions will vary daily.

Essential Functions:

Manage the incoming delivery of packaging and production materials, including unloading materials from trucking carriers, verifying accuracy of received materials, documenting deliveries on logs, and organizing materials throughout the facility as specified by departments. Deliver and put away received products at the direction of the Warehouse lead. Prepare the facility for outgoing and incoming deliveries to and from all Klutch facilities, coordinating with all appropriate department heads to ensure materials are distributed as needed. Maintain a clean and organized Sally Port (primary location for receiving/shipping), ensuring sanitation, organization, and accurate logs are up to date. Assist with regular inventory cycle counts for all warehoused supplies to ensure current inventory levels are accurate. Additional ad hoc items at the direction of Warehouse lead Deep clean of facility rooms and equipment on a rotational basis Outdoor clean up, as needed Support janitorial staff as needed Additional ad hoc items at the direction of maintenance leadership

Experience:

High School Diploma or GED (or High School Equivalence Certificate) required. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (5+ years) required. Tow-Motor and forklift certifications preferred or ability to pass certification within a set timeframe.

Communication:

Ability to interact clearly and effectively, both in writing and orally, with supervisors, staff, and vendors. Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in personal computer skills, including email, record keeping, spreadsheets, and data entry.

Working Environment:

The individual will work between 2 Klutch facilities, located in Akron and Peninsula. The individual will be occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. Noise levels are typically moderate to high (loud). The individual frequently works in a controlled climate with cold to warm temperatures and lower-than-average humidity. The role requires walking, standing, crouching, and leaning throughout the workday on concrete flooring. Occasional exposure to plant waste, high moisture levels, and bright LED lights. Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) such as LED protective eyewear, waterproof aprons, gloves, Tyvek suits, face masks/respirators, and uniforms will be provided. Exposure to the outside elements and driving conditions for external product transportation may occur.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work on feet, walking, crouching, and standing for long periods. Occasional use of scaffolding or portable ladders and forklift to reach higher-tiered bins. Ability to lift 20lbs above head and carry out manual labor tasks, including transporting 27-38-gallon bins of plant material and finished product. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Must be capable of reviewing work for errors and making necessary adjustments.

Additional Requirements:

Employment is contingent upon passing an Ohio BCI and FBI background check in accordance with

ORC/OAC 3796.

Employees are not permitted to work on the premises until the badge is activated in the Ohio Department of Medical Marijuana e-Licensing portal. Must be 21 years or older to apply.
