Warehouse Associate — Ashville, OH 43103
Pay:
Starting at $16.00/hr

Full-Time About the Role Join a fast-paced distribution center where your work makes a real impact every day. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be on the front line of operations — moving product, managing inventory, and keeping things running safely and on time. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks, cherry pickers, and forklifts safely and efficiently Manage inventory accurately using RF scanners, ensuring correct stock levels at all times Handle and lift packages up to 50 lbs consistently throughout your shift Maintain OSHA compliance and keep your work area clean and organized Work with your team to meet fulfillment and distribution deadlines Perform routine equipment inspections and report any mechanical concerns Participate in ongoing training to build skills and grow within the facility What We're Looking For Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred — but we're willing to train the right person Familiarity with reach trucks, cherry pickers, or forklifts is a plus Basic mechanical aptitude — able to spot and report minor equipment issues Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stay on your feet throughout the shift Understanding of inventory practices and warehouse safety standards Strong teamwork mindset and ability to communicate in a diverse environment Flexible availability — ability to work varying shifts as needed Pre-Employment Requirements Background check required prior to start date Drug screening required prior to start date Must be 18 years of age or older Government-issued photo ID with date of birth required on-site at all times Must be legally authorized to work in the
