Job Description

Job Summary:
Warehouse Associates are responsible for managing the intake, verification, restocking, and preparation of implant bins and instrument trays used for surgical procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency to ensure accurate tracking and timely preparation of materials for upcoming surgeries.
Key Responsibilities:
Use the SMS system to track and manage surgical implant bin and instrument tray inventory. Receive surgical implant bins and instrument trays returned from surgeries and verify all contents for accuracy against the system records. Restock surgical implant bins and instrument trays with available products to maintain readiness for future procedures. Receive and process FedEx deliveries, ensuring items are properly logged and stored. Pull and assemble surgical implant bins and instrument trays in preparation for scheduled surgeries. Communicate via email regarding inventory updates, deliveries, and surgical implant bins and instrument trays preparation as needed. Ensure all surgical implant bins and instrument trays are organized and stored properly.
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills required, including the ability to use email and inventory systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow processes and verify information carefully. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience with inventory management systems or medical supply handling. Previous experience in a warehouse, medical device, or logistics environment. Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
