General Warehouse Associate

Position Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated General Warehouse Associates to join a growing warehouse team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, material handling, inventory movement, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Candidates must be flexible to work any shift, including weekends, based on production needs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Load and unload materials, products, and shipments Move inventory throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or other equipment Package, label, and prepare products for shipment Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory and follow warehouse procedures Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times Follow company safety policies and procedures Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Strong attendance and reliability required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be flexible to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed Schedule 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available Weekend availability required Overtime may be available based on production needs
