Description Material Handler:

1st shift, Monday - Friday 5:55am to 3:25pm

facility. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with others. Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office, with the ability to learn company systems for receiving, shipping, quality, and inventory control. Essential Duties Receive, inspect, store, and deliver materials to support manufacturing operations and customer orders. Accurately execute inventory transactions and maintain required documentation using company systems. Perform cycle counts and physical inventories; identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Pick, package, and ship products in accordance with customer, carrier, and routing requirements. Safely operate material handling equipment while adhering to all safety, cGMP, ISO, QSR, and FDA requirements. Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse and storage areas using FIFO and best warehousing practices. Communicate effectively and collaborate across departments to meet daily priorities and business needs. Additional Requirements Understand and follow all applicable SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and DWIs (Departmental Work Instructions). Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work in different areas as business needs dictate. Perform all duties with a strong teamwork mindset and attention to detail. Ability to stand for up to 9 hours per day and lift up to 35 lbs without assistance. Willingness to work overtime as required. Commitment to a safety-first culture and adherence to all safety requirements at all times. Capable and willing to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Manlift, LP Forklift); experience preferred. Company training and certification required.
