General Labor Floater

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily food production operations. This position is responsible for assisting with production line tasks, packaging finished goods, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment while following all food safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on production lines packaging, labeling, and inspecting food products. Load raw materials onto production lines and remove finished goods for palletizing or storage. Assemble boxes, containers, and packaging materials. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas always Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and quality standards. Inspect products for defects, damage, or contamination and report issues immediately. Assist with changeovers, line setup, and basic equipment cleaning. Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other basic warehouse equipment as authorized. Support production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous food manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Strong attendance record and reliability. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Team-oriented with good communication skills.
