Truck Loader/ Unloader

Responsibilities Safely load and unload trucks using equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes to move materials efficiently. Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory movements accurately. Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while adhering to OSHA safety guidelines to prevent injuries. Assist with order picking using various tools including pickers and ensure accurate order fulfillment for shipping & receiving. Manage materials handling tasks such as stacking pallets, organizing stock in designated areas, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Conduct routine inspections of heavy equipment like forklifts and cranes, maintaining mechanical knowledge for safe operation. Support warehouse supervision by following established procedures for shipping & receiving, inventory control, and safety protocols. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or construction environments. Skilled in operating heavy equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks with proper certification where applicable. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and materials handling tools. Strong ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and mechanical principles related to warehouse equipment operation. Experience in order picking using pickers or similar devices for accurate inventory processing. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely in a fast-paced setting. $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
