Requirements Job Description:
The Warehouse Technician's job is to make sure the Warehouse is in good working order. This entails making sure equipment is returned when coming back from events, tagged for service if needed, and preparing the equipment for its next event. The Warehouse Team is very vital to the operations of the company, being the back bone behind the scenes, supporting our tech staff on site with needed equipment runs. The last line of defense for a 100% satisfactory event, do you have what it takes?
Necessary Skills/ Job Requirements:
Ability to use Windows and/or Mac OS computers. Ability to use Inventory Software; such as Flex Rental Solutions Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as necessary. Strong teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast pace work environment. Ability to work without supervision to achieve daily tasks. Ability to lift items upwards of 50 lb. and perform various physical tasks as necessary. Must be able to drive a 26' Box Truck with a clean driving record. Working with and around Forklifts, Scissor Lifts, Pallet Jacks, and Ladders daily.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Complete Daily Objectives designated by the Warehouse Manager. Use Inventory Software to prepare outbound rental and production orders. Use Inventory Software to scan inbound rental and production orders. Quality check and Clean when necessary for inbound equipment. Maintain an organized Warehouse, keeping all exits clear walkways. Maintaining updated knowledge of equipment locations. (ie: Audio, Video, Lighting, etc.)
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
Assist with NPi deliveries and pickups as necessary using NPi fleet and/or Rental Vehicles. Join the Team
