Job Summary- Background Friendly We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing a variety of manual tasks to support construction, maintenance, and operational activities across different projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to adapt to diverse tasks. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while developing valuable skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment on-site Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools Support skilled trades by holding, lifting, or moving materials as directed Operate basic machinery and tools safely, following established guidelines Follow safety procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and work sites Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites for daily operations Report any hazards or safety concerns promptly to supervisors Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in manual labor preferred Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely Strong attention to safety standards and protocols Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential Basic knowledge of tools and machinery used in construction or maintenance is advantageous
