Job Description

We are looking for various candidates to join our growing team in Fostoria, OH in multiple roles!
General Laborer Duties:
Operate, maintain production equipment. Conduct quality checks on final product using visual and / or measured inspections. Assemble, package, and prepare final product for shipping. Recycle damaged product for later repurposing. Rotate through departments, performing various other duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Full time | Temp-to-hire 4-day work week, with overtime opportunities! Monday - Thursday 6:55am-7:00pm, overtime on Fridays as needed.
Pay:
$18.00/hr + overtime pay
Shipping Team Operator Duties:
Receive, register, and distribute deliveries. Obtain and process shipping schedule. Schedule shipments and plan logistics to create proper storage space. Keep files organized and accessible. Maintain company stockroom through cleaning, organizing, and cataloging items. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
Schedule:
Full time | Temp-to-hire Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:30pm
Pay:
$18.00/hr starting, with the opportunity for an increase !
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license ( required ) High School Diploma / G.E.D. 1 year or more experience in a production or manufacturing setting ( preferred ) Mechanically inclined and eager to learn ( preferred ) Forklift experience ( preferred )
