Job Description

Warehouse Associate - Franklin, OH Crown Staffing is Hiring! Are you looking for a stable first-shift opportunity with a strong industrial team environment? Crown Staffing is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate in Franklin, OH for a fast-paced warehouse supporting electrical and industrial operations.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Pay:
$30+ per hour (DOE)
What You'll Do:
Receive and organize incoming materials and supplies. Pull, assemble, and prepare orders for job sites and deliveries. Load and unload materials using a forklift. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Maintain inventory and track tools and equipment. Keep warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Assist with general facility and grounds maintenance as needed. Operate company vehicles for local deliveries when required (non-CDL).
What We're Looking For:
Forklift experience required (stand-up forklift preferred). Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred. Experience in electrical construction, mechanical systems, or manufacturing is a plus. Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely. Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
