Work Environment:
Warehouse / Manufacturing Job Summary This role supports warehouse and production operations through material handling, inventory control, and shipment preparation activities. The position involves moving materials throughout the facility, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting production workflow in a safety-focused environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, label, and store materials and supplies in designated inventory locations
  • Pull and verify materials based on production orders and operational needs
  • Deliver materials and supplies to work centers to maintain production flow
  • Record inventory movements and update material tracking documentation
  • Receive returned materials and verify quantities, codes, and lot numbers
  • Prepare finished products for shipment, including packing, crating, and loading
  • Operate forklifts and yard tractors within the facility
  • Complete pre-use inspections and basic operator maintenance on equipment
  • Support inventory accuracy and maintain organized storage areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience
  • Ability to complete required online assessment
  • Ability to pass medical clearances, including physical, fit test, and drug screening
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic data entry and inventory tracking skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail Work Environment / Physical Requirements
  • Warehouse and manufacturing environment
  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and material handling
  • Operation of forklifts and yard tractors on-site
  • Exposure to active production and shipping areas
