JOB SUMMARY
As a Material Handler here at PIP | HSP, you will ensure efficient movement and storage of materials, maintain inventory accuracy, support production schedules, and ensure timely delivery to departments. You will report directly to our Logistics Supervisor, and you'll work out of our North Charleston location on an On-site work schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to established procedures. Pick and pack materials to deliver to the production line. Maintain accurate inventory records and regular Cycle Counts. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for >= 60% of work hours. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any material-related issues. Prepare, package and ship outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations. Be able to lift 60 pounds for job responsibilities. Able to work some OT as required, if needed
