Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay Rate:
$20.50 per hour Position Overview Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Warehouse Associate for our Hilliard, Ohio location. The incumbent will be responsible for accurately selecting, sorting, and preparing orders, and for ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate works effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong attention to detail and reliability. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and pull products based on customer orders or pick lists Verify item quantities and order accuracy Sort and organize materials in assigned warehouse locations Package and label orders for processing and shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with inventory and cycle counts as required Comply with all company safety policies and procedures Meet established daily productivity and quality standards Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment preferred Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly Capability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Basic computer skills are a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $20.50 Stable Monday-Friday schedule Clean, team-oriented work environment Long-term employment and growth opportunities If you are a dependable individual with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working in a warehouse setting, we invite you to apply. #CB #P1 10252126
