Production Associates Location:
Cleveland, OH Pay:
$14-$17/hr
Shift:
1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities Available Hire Sync is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for multiple production, warehouse, and manufacturing opportunities throughout the Cleveland area. These positions are great for candidates looking for steady work, hands-on training, and long-term opportunities with established companies.
Daily responsibilities may include:
Picking and packaging product Labeling and repackaging materials Operating pallet jacks and production equipment Folding, sorting, and processing products through automated machinery Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and work areas Supporting warehouse and production teams wherever needed Following safety, quality, and attendance expectations
What We're Looking For:
Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-10 hours per shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in fast-paced production or warehouse environments Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple departments Ability to understand and follow instructions Closed-toe shoes required
