$18 per hour Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Kent, Ohio. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and must have forklift experience. Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Load and unload delivery trucks Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory Count, confirm, and record inventory accurately Inspect inventory for damage, defects, or discrepancies Communicate inventory errors or issues to supervisors or relevant teams Label, tag, and mark stock for proper identification Store inventory in an organized and accessible manner Build, move, and stage loads using forklifts and electronic pallet jacks Requirements Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred Must have forklift experience and be able to operate equipment safely and proficiently Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, dependable, and of good moral character Compensation $18 per hour Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
