Warehouse Associate Summary:
The Warehouse Associate works under the general supervision of the VP of Operations and warehouse supervision. This position is responsible for the various tasks in our warehouse operation including, but not limited to, application of sequenced labels to tape cartridges as part of our value added services, as well as daily warehouse related activities including; receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping of product. This position will also assist with special projects associated such as repackaging products, stickering, re-boxing for our retail customers.
Duties/Functions:
- Application of labels to individual tape cartridges, including verification of pick ticket with labels for accuracy, quality control steps, and organization of tapes and order in total.
- Follow standard operating processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of safety, maximize operational efficiency, and minimize errors.
- Report any inaccuracies or errors to supervision immediately.
- Carry out customer's specifications as indicated on specific orders, by checking notes on pick ticket.
- Understand and work to ensure that productivity targets are met.
- Collaborate with peers and other departments to verify information, coordinate special requests, and resolve discrepancies via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in maintenance of a safe, secure, and clean working environment.
- Operate equipment and machinery as trained and required to perform daily tasks.
- Retrieve stocked assembly kit items from warehouse BIN locations in accordance with work orders, when needed.
- Update work orders with daily production totals.
- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Read and write English proficiently
- Must be 18 years of age or older Physical Demands include, but are not limited to:
- Can sit or stand for multiple hours at a time
- Can bend, reach, and twist repeatedly
- See at close range, at a distance, in color, peripherally, gauge depth perception, and focus on objects.
- Can regularly perform precise movements with hands and fingers, including finger dexterity and hand steadiness.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with a coworker.
- All job functions will be performed in a warehouse environment ranging from 50F-95F degrees.

No previous experience required. On average this position will work 25-35 hours per week, opportunity for additional hours based on business need.
Standard schedule:
M-F, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute minimum unpaid lunch.
Pay:
$15.50 - $16.50 per hour
