First Shift:
Monday•Thurs 9 AM-7:30 PM. Position Summary The Warehouse Associate will work onsite in a secured facility and will be partnered with an FTE due to security protocols. This role is responsible for handling warehouse operations including pallet movement, product staging, shipping support, inventory handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Take boxes off the end of a conveyor belt and place them onto the appropriate pallets Shrink wrap pallets of boxes for shipment Use a pallet jack to move pallets and place them onto semi-trailers when loading is required Move pallets around the enclosed dock area Enter trucks using a pallet jack to pull materials and stage skids for receiving Place received products in designated warehouse locations as directed Handle box cutters to break down packaging materials and support recycling efforts Perform quality control checks on packages to ensure shipping labels are properly placed Receive, store, stock, and rotate merchandise within the warehouse Prepare customer orders for shipment by picking items and placing them into totes Process returns and perform data entry tasks related to returned merchandise Conduct daily inventory counts and research discrepancies Assist with inventory procedures and physical inventory activities Maintain a clean and safe work area to prevent injuries and protect merchandise Comply with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and DEA regulations Support order fulfillment, stocking, replenishment, and outbound shipping operations Work with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity standards Required Skills and Qualifications Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions, shelf labels, and shipping documentation Basic mathematical and computer skills preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships Detail-oriented with good judgment and problem-solving abilities Ability to maintain attendance standards and work overtime when required Team player with effective communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to work in a production-driven environment and perform at or above 95% of engineered standards Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting, grasping, and repetitive movements Ability to lift between 10-25 lbs Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus required Ability to handle stressful situations in a warehouse environment PrideGlobal and it's affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k•retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
