Job Description:
This position will involve any or all of the following: mold set-up, pouring molten metal, removing castings, cut scrap, general cleanup, etc. Operate induction melting furnaces. Metal is loaded into the furnace by crane and by hand….heavy lifting required. Melt and adjust metal to specification prior to pouring. Experience with Inductotherm melting equipment desired. Experience in using a spectrometer is a plus. Clean furnaces and perform other tasks to keep the foundry producing efficiently. Perform other duties as required by supervision. Replace and/or repair melting crucibles. Must be able to work any shift. Proper use of all safety equipment as directed at all times is mandatory. Signing Bonus does not apply to previous hires $2,000 SIGNING
BONUS UPON COMPLETION OF 500 HRS. WORKED
