1st Shift Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Material Handler / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently throughout the facility. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Essential Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Unload and load trucks safely and efficiently Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Process shipping and receiving documentation Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations Follow company safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned Qualifications Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems Reliable attendance and strong work ethic High school diploma or GED preferred Preferred Skills Forklift operation and certification Inventory control and cycle counting Shipping and receiving RF scanner experience Order picking and packing ERP/WMS software experience Material handling Warehouse organization Loading and unloading trucks Quality inspection Documentation and record keeping Time management and multitasking If you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
