Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and become a vital part of our hands-on operations! In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support our oil and gas projects. Your proactive attitude and strong work ethic will help ensure smooth workflow, safety, and efficiency on every job site. This position offers an engaging environment where every day presents new opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful projects. Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and supplies using manual tools or equipment Prepare work sites by cleaning and organizing areas to ensure safety and efficiency Support field well tenders with daily task such as mowing, weed clearing Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required Perform general cleanup duties to keep the work area tidy and hazard-free Report any safety concerns or equipment issues promptly to supervisors Ability to work unsupervised in remote locations "no cell service" Ability to work outside this is not an inside job Ability to work in harsh weather environments Experience Prior experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed Join us in creating a safe, productive environment where your effort makes a real difference!
