Job Description

Warehouse Returns Clerk Reports To:
The Warehouse Supervisor Company Overview:

Position Overview:
Aero Fulfillment Services has an opening at our Mason warehouse for full-time Returns Clerk. This job is scheduled to begin July 1st, 2026. This position will be Monday through Friday, first shift, but candidates must also be open to working overtime when needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure customers receive the proper quantities and material when ordered through the fulfillment area Unpacks, sorts and inspects returned product in accordance with client business rules. Handles customer materials with a quality attitude Communicates with Client Experience group, especially when receiving damaged material Accurately creates an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification). Separate and put away Bulk and Forward Pick material. Efficiently handles all work Notifies supervisor of any slowdown in work Trains and assists other employees Exhibits same efficiencies and attitudes when temporarily moved to other departments
Qualifications:
Ability to operate a RF Unit Ability to accurately count and separate products Ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner Computer skills a must Experience using Microsoft Outlook Basic Excel experience preferred Good communication skills Able to work independently and as a team player within a fast-paced environment Adheres to loss prevention control and compliance procedures Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Physical Requirements:
