Seasonal Warehouse Associate

Seasonal Warehouse Associate National Design Mart is seeking a motivated Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team for the Summer and Fall of 2026 . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, providing great customer service, and being part of a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by assisting customers and installers, handling materials, maintaining organized inventory, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and efficient. We are looking for team members who share our commitment to customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving/Shipping Inventory Management Delivery Essential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, installers, and delivery drivers. Build positive relationships with customers and installers. Collaborate and effectively communicate with internal departments such as Scheduling, Project Managers, and Sales. Assist delivery team; ensure materials are accurate and secure prior to delivery. Pick, stage, organize, and load materials for delivery. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Requirements:

Friendly, outgoing, and has a team-oriented attitude. Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, reliable attendance required. Familiarity with flooring and/or cabinetry materials preferred, but not required. Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, and/or driving for extended periods of time. Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
