Lead Warehouse Worker | $21.50-23.50 | Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Warehouse Worker to join our team on the 3rd Shift from 9:30pm to 6:30am. You will act as the backup team lead and work closely with our team lead to ensure smooth operations in our warehouse. Responsibilities Act as the backup team lead during the shift. Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently. Operate a stand-up forklift (experience preferred but not required). Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow safety protocols, including wearing steel toe or composite safety shoes. Handle valves, gears, and bearings in the distribution center. Essential Skills 3+ years of warehouse experience. Experience with picking and packing. Forklift experience preferred. Ability to follow safety protocols including wearing steel toe or composite shoes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with inventory management and production. Previous experience working with valves, gears, and bearings is a plus. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middleburg Heights, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.50/hr.
