Lead Dock Worker - Full-Time (Day Shift) Canton, Ohio Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is hiring a Lead Dock Worker to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting store operations and warehouse logistics. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support dock area operations Ensure proper placement and categorization of donated goods in the warehouse Fill donation orders for Goodwill retail stores Load deliveries onto trucks at the loading dock Operate tow motor safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Basic Requirements Tow motor certification required This is a safety-sensitive position and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing during employment Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including: Frequent standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting Bilateral reaching at all levels; handling, fingering, fine fingering, and simple grasping Occasional sitting and kneeling Frequent lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs.; occasional lifting/carrying 51-100 lbs.
