Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Parts Runner / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for picking up and delivering parts, maintaining warehouse inventory, assisting with shipping and receiving, and supporting day-to-day shop or field operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and has a clean driving record . Responsibilities Pick up and deliver parts, materials, and supplies as needed Safely operate a company vehicle when making deliveries or pickups Load and unload parts, tools, and warehouse materials Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory Pull and stage parts for technicians, jobs, or customer orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse area Track parts, receipts, packing slips, and delivery paperwork Assist with inventory counts and basic stock management Communicate with vendors, team members, and management regarding parts availability Follow all company safety procedures and driving policies Perform other warehouse or operational duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license required Clean driving record required Previous warehouse, delivery, parts, or inventory experience preferred Ability to lift and carry parts or materials as needed Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Basic communication and customer service skills Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently Comfortable working in a warehouse, shop, or parts environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Comfortable loading and unloading vehicles Ability to work in warehouse/shop conditions Compensation & Schedule This position pays $17-$20 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. The expected schedule is approximately 35 hours per week , with overtime possibilities depending on company needs.
