richfield, ohio Posted 1 day ago Closes 7/18/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $22.15 per hour Temp to Perm Industry warehousing & distribution (Transportation and Material Moving Occupations) Reference number D_26-00169-Richfield About the Opportunity Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Warehouse Material Handlers for a leading distribution facility in Summit County. In this role, you'll help move products throughout the warehouse, operate powered industrial equipment, and ensure orders are received and shipped accurately and on time. Shift 1st
Shift:
6:00am - 2:30 AM 2nd
Shift:
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Overtime may include 10-hour shifts and every other Saturday. Pay $22.15 /hr. Responsibilities Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments Operate forklifts, including clamp trucks Move products to designated warehouse locations Accurately complete required paperwork Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety and quality procedures Qualifications Previous forklift experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation Ability to work in a warehouse environment maintained at approximately 65°F Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Benefits Business casual dress code (comfortable shoes recommended) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance available Day 1 Weekly Pay Referral Bonus Program Scholarship Opportunities National Staffing Week Gifts Employee Giveaways and Incentive Programs
