Associates at this level are proficient in all aspects of warehouse operations, fully certified in the use of all major equipment, and trusted to mentor others and support team leads or supervisors with shift management. Their knowledge of product handling, safety compliance, and cross-functional support makes them critical contributors to both day-to-day activities and long-term improvement efforts. This is a leadership track role ideal for those ready to guide others and take ownership of warehouse performance. Comply with all safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and report any safety concerns immediately. Serve as a safety leader and assist others in following proper procedures. Safely operate all warehouse equipment including: RF scan guns, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, dock stockers. Conduct pre- and post-operational checks and assist with routine equipment maintenance. Process all order types including standard, sample, and specialty orders. Verify part numbers and labels for accuracy in fulfillment and inventory handling. Contribute to inventory accuracy by resolving count discrepancies and updating records. Complete required reports, documentation, and system transactions in a timely manner. Provide cross-functional support and coordinate with various departments. Recommend and participate in continuous improvement projects. Train, coach, and mentor less experienced associates on safety, procedures, and equipment. Serve as backup to Team Leads or assist the Supervisor with shift management and task coordination. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support operations.
