$19.50/hr
Summary:
We are seeking experienced associates with strong customer service skills for a senior-level, warehouse-based role. This position requires significant data entry to process units across multiple systems, as well as hands-on material handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and process units in multiple internal systems Handle material movement, including receiving, packing, and shipping parts Perform general warehouse functions and inventory tasks Communicate professionally with vendors and carriers Set up Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and schedule carrier pickups Complete other tasks as delegated by management or supervision
Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience is required Strong data entry and computer skills Ability to work in a warehouse environment and handle physical tasks Effective communication skills (verbal and written) Experience with vendor/carrier relations and logistics is a plus
Additional Notes:
