Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler / Inventory Associate to support the movement, organization, and tracking of materials throughout our manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Transport raw materials and finished goods between receiving, storage, and production areas Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment Accurately sort, label, store, and organize inventory Maintain proper inventory counts and assist with cycle counts Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists Move materials to quality hold or designated areas as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and food-grade compliant work environment Follow all safety procedures and perform basic equipment checks Qualifications Necessary to Apply High school diploma or GED Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organization Strong computer and scanner experience for inventory tracking What We're Looking For Dependable and hardworking individuals Team players who take pride in their work Candidates who want to grow within a company long-term Positive attitude and willingness to learn Individuals with very strong attention to detail

Compensation Starting Pay:

$17-$20/hour (based on experience) We intentionally start on the lower end, but offer strong opportunity for advancement and increased earning potential based on performance and growth within the company.
