Duties Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to deliver products across designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals Load and unload shipments using proper equipment and handling heavy lifting with proper technique Verify delivery orders, check for accuracy, and obtain signatures upon delivery to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues professionally, and representing the company positively during deliveries Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols while driving, including manual transmission operation if applicable Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation, order picking, and preparing shipments for dispatch Experience Prior delivery driver experience preferred, especially with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles Warehouse experience is highly desirable, including familiarity with loading/unloading procedures and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Proven ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a warehouse setting Strong driving record with experience in route driving and commercial driving regulations Customer service skills that demonstrate professionalism, patience, and effective communication Knowledge of kitchen weights and measurements is required.
