Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate for our DK2 division to support our busy distribution center. This role plays a key part in keeping operations efficient, organized, and customer-focused. Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Shipping:
Inspect, receive, and process incoming shipments; load and unload trucks and containers using a forklift.Order Fulfillment:
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while handling products safely to prevent damage.Inventory Management:
Perform cycle counts and regular audits to maintain accurate stock levels.Equipment Operation:
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and basic power tools; conduct routine equipment checks.Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards. What We're Looking For- Strong attention to detail when auditing inventory or fulfilling orders.
- Solid communication skills to work effectively with team members and participate in daily meetings.
- Reliability and punctuality to maintain a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
- Proficiency with inventory software, databases, and basic computer systems.
- Ability to lift heavy items and use basic power tools as needed.
