Warehouse Shipping Associate Location Troy, OH Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour

Shift:

High school diploma or GED required Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred Ability to operate or learn forklift equipment (training provided) Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse systems a plus Basic math skills and strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, climb, and move for 8-hour shifts Lift and carry 20-50 lbs regularly Use ladders and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and process orders using RF scanners and pick tickets Prepare shipments and verify accuracy of products and documentation Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse Receive, stock, and organize inventory in proper locations Perform cycle counts and inventory verification Label and stage products for shipment Maintain accurate paperwork and system transactions Support shipping, receiving, and other warehouse functions as needed Communicate with team members, drivers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Why This Role?
