The General Labor role is responsible for operating and optimizing production equipment to ensure efficient and quality-focused production processes. This role will require an understanding of production machinery, materials, and quality control standards. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Duties /
Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to optimize output and efficiency. Conduct regular quality checks and effectively address any deviations or discrepancies. Adapt efficiently to shifting production priorities, schedules, and operational demands. Others duties as assigned.

English Normal Working Hours and Conditions:
Core business hours are generally 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. However, this position may require overtime on occasion.
Physical Requirements:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a manufacturing setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 50 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
